The publisher sells digital editorial content: detailed travel itineraries, delivered in PDF format.

It is neither a travel agency nor a travel or holiday operator within the meaning of articles L211-1 et seq. of the French Tourism Code. No transport, accommodation or activity service is sold, booked or organised on the customer's behalf. Bookings remain made by the traveller, under their sole responsibility, directly with the providers concerned.

Intellectual property

The entire site and the delivered itineraries (texts, selection of places, day sequencing, layout, illustrations) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the publisher.

Purchasing an itinerary grants a personal, private right of use. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, public availability or commercial exploitation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Affiliate links

As of today, no hotel booking link, on the site as in the delivered itineraries, is an affiliate link: a booking made through these links earns the publisher no commission. If an affiliate programme is joined, the links concerned will be flagged and this notice updated.

Hotels are chosen for their relevance to the itinerary, regardless of the existence of an affiliate programme.

Outbound links and third-party content

The site and the itineraries link to third-party websites: hotels, carriers, official websites of monuments and parks. The publisher has no control over these sites and declines all responsibility for their content, their terms and their availability.
